Defero’s Company
Defero has designed and deployed PBX Systems that seamlessly provide interconnectivity to locations all over Jamaica and other Caribbean Islands such as Trinidad and St. Lucia.
We understand that telecommuting will play a more significant role in the future of your business and that fits seamlessly into our PBX architecture which is fully software driven and uses standard IP based networking technology.
Unlike many other PBX vendors, we do not rely on the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to provide new PBX features or enhancements as Defero possesses the ability to, and has in the past, extended their PBX capabilities to solve business problems.
Defero Limited has been operating since 2007. Although initially a software development company, on seeing the rapid development in IP based voice communications, the company leveraged its technological expertise to expand into the area of software-based communication systems and eventually SIP telephony.
We were among the first Jamaican companies to begin development of software Telecommunication Systems. From IVRs and communications systems built with tools like Visual Voice and Tele Vantage, the company later evolved into providing customized version of its PBX Solutions
